Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Marketer Level 3 to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive B2B and B2C sales growth, optimise online presence, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEO optimisation, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Oversee management of social media platforms, ensuring engaging content creation and consistent brand messaging.
- Utilise SEO techniques and Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance, optimise strategies, and improve online visibility.
- Manage website content using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to ensure visual appeal and user engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within B2B markets and develop targeted marketing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead project management activities ensuring timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining organisational standards.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of industry trends in digital marketing, IT developments, and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a focus on B2B environments.
- Previous knowledge and success running Ebay , Amazon and Tiktok shops if possible.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability in copywriting for diverse digital platforms with excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with project management methodologies and organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and organisational tools for effective time management.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams or projects effectively while demonstrating strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data insights to optimise marketing strategies effectively.
