Digital Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of complex digital transformation projects across Powys Teaching Health Board. This role will play a key part in planning, coordinating and implementing digital initiatives from business case development through to successful operational delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The post holder will work collaboratively with senior digital leaders, clinical teams, operational services and external partners to support effective stakeholder engagement, communication, change management and benefits realisation, ensuring digital solutions are successfully embedded and deliver measurable improvements for patients, staff and services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, collaborative and passionate about using digital technology to improve health and care services across Powys.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Transformation Team.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self\-starter, with effective organisation and project management skills enabling them to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. A confident communicator with a keen eye for detail, they are able to confidently discuss complex information in an understandable way. They will be resilient, motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take initiative to ensure they succeed in their project goals.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
