We are looking for a talented Digital Project Manager – Delivery \& Quality (m/w/x).

Your role
-------------

You manage how the team delivers. You structure the sprints, keep the backlog clean, follow progress closely, and decide whether a release is ready to ship. You work directly with the Head of Digital \& Platform, four engineers, and the business teams whose requests you triage.

Concretely, you will:

• Own and prioritise the backlog, in alignment with the Head of Digital \& Platform.


• Plan the sprints: sequencing, capacity, dependencies.


• Follow delivery day to day and raise risks early, rather than discovering them at the demo.


• Make sure every ticket entering a sprint is scoped and has a written definition of done.


• Define the test coverage for each release and hold the go/no\-go. Today our QA is mostly manual; a key objective of your first year is to structure it and bring in automation with the developers.


• Triage requests from sales, editorial and direction: prioritise, push back when needed.


• Run the team rituals: standups, retros, release notes.

About you
-------------

• 3\+ years in digital project or delivery management, in a product or engineering environment.


• You have owned a backlog and run sprints yourself, ideally on Jira.


• You know what a test plan is and what automating one involves, even if you don't write the code.


• You follow up without being asked to. You chase, you close loops, you keep commitments visible.


• You can say no to vague requests, unrealistic deadlines, or a release that isn't ready.


• Fluent English and French.


• Salesforce, web analytics or AWS exposure is a plus.
