Digital Operations Coordinator (EXPERIENCED)
Full Time – 5 Days Per Week (On Site) Blackrock, Co. Dublin
We are seeking an experienced (3 years) motivated and tech\-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Digital Operations Coordinator. This is a full\-time, on\-site role supporting the day\-to\-day operations of our digital, ecommerce, and marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach
- Support digital marketing initiatives and brand development
- Help maintain a consistent online presence across platforms
- Assist with content creation and promotional materials
- Manage event\-specific ecommerce/webshop platforms built on Shopify
- Create and manage products, collections, and product information
- Support the setup and maintenance of event webshops
- Provide technical support and customer service to exhibitors and clients
- Assist with troubleshooting ecommerce and webshop\-related issues
- Work with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Assist with backend administration and data management
- Support internal workflows and digital processes
- Work with project management software and operational systems
- Help maintain accurate records and internal databases
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Strong IT and computer skills essential
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
- 3 years experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and project management software preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in ecommerce, technology, and digital systems
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organisational ability
- A proactive and solutions\-focused mindset
- Full\-time position
- Monday to Friday
- On\-site in Blackrock, Co. Dublin
