About Twist Teas

Twist Teas is a premium tea brand selling directly to consumers (D2C) and to commercial trade partners (cafés, hotels, foodservice). We are moving away from outsourced agencies to build our digital marketing in\-house. We have a clear commercial strategy; we now need a technically minded executioner to build, manage and optimize our campaigns.

The Role

Working directly under the founders' strategic direction, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day technical setup, management and optimisation of our digital advertising channels. You will build tightly controlled, highly targeted manual search campaigns alongside maintaining our e\-commerce product feeds. You will own the data from the first click to the final commercial conversion.

Pay dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Building: Build and manage manual, long\-tail keyword Search campaigns targeting specific B2B audience segments.

  • Technical Setup \& Tracking: Set up and test conversion tracking journeys (e.g., tracking Google Form submissions on landing pages, abandoned sample requests and event triggers using Google Tag Manager and GA4\).

  • Data \& Match Lists: Model and implement granular remarketing lists, including Customer Match/CRM data uploads and engaged website audiences.

  • Keyword Management: Conduct continuous search term analysis to rigorously manage positive and negative keyword strategies across channels (integrating learnings from Amazon into Google Ads).

  • E\-commerce Feed Management: Maintain and optimize our Google Shopping and Merchant Center product feeds for the D2C side of the business.

  • Reporting: Monitor and report on deep funnel metrics, focusing on Lead Quality, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of hands\-on PPC experience (agency or in\-house).

  • Deep technical comfort with Google Ads manual setups (not just auto\-apply settings).

  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for custom event tracking.

  • Analytical mindset with strong spreadsheet and user\-journey mapping skills.
