About First3 Marketing

First3 Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping brands build their presence through social media, short\-form content, creative campaigns and digital strategy.

We work closely with clients to create marketing that feels current, engaging and commercially effective. As we continue to grow our client base, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team and help manage campaigns, content and day\-to\-day marketing activity.

The Role

We are looking for someone creative, organised and comfortable working across multiple brands at the same time.

You will work directly with the First3 team on client campaigns, helping plan content, manage social media accounts, create marketing ideas and ensure campaigns are delivered consistently.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who understands modern social media and enjoys coming up with ideas rather than simply following a traditional marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.


• Create monthly and weekly content plans for clients.


• Develop creative concepts for short\-form videos, campaigns and social posts.


• Write captions, social copy and marketing content.


• Schedule and publish content across client accounts.


• Assist with filming and producing short\-form social media content.


• Edit short\-form videos using platforms such as CapCut or similar software.


• Research trends, competitors and new content opportunities.


• Help manage multiple client accounts and campaigns.


• Monitor content performance and identify what is working.


• Produce simple marketing reports and recommendations.


• Work directly with clients when required.


• Help develop new campaigns and marketing ideas for First3 clients.


• Support First3’s own marketing and growth.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.


• Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and modern short\-form content.


• Is naturally creative and regularly comes up with new ideas.


• Has good written English and communication skills.


• Is confident using tools such as Canva and CapCut.


• Is organised and able to manage several projects at once.


• Can work independently without needing constant direction.


• Understands current online trends and social media culture.


• Is comfortable working in a fast\-moving small business environment.

Previous agency or marketing experience is beneficial, although we are more interested in ability, creativity and attitude than a specific number of years of experience.

Working Arrangement

This is a 3\-day\-per\-week hybrid position.

You will work:

2 days per week from our Farnham office1 day per week remotely from home

Because content creation and collaboration are an important part of the role, applicants must be able to travel to Farnham regularly.

This role would suit someone early in their marketing career who wants considerably more hands\-on experience than they may receive within a large company.

You will have the opportunity to work directly on real client accounts, contribute your own ideas and see campaigns through from concept to delivery.

There is also significant opportunity for the role to develop as First3 Marketing grows.
