The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads platforms. You will take the lead on day-to-day campaign activity, monitoring performance and making data-led adjustments to improve results. This is a hands-on, in-office position based five days a week, suited to someone who enjoys a varied workload and thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team.

What experience does the Digital Marketing Executive need?
- Previous experience running paid digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to plan and manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns, including performance tracking and audience targeting
- A good understanding of digital marketing principles and how paid channels fit into the broader marketing mix
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use campaign data to inform decisions and report on results
