About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing \& E\-commerce Executive to support the growth of our fashion business.

Responsibilities

\* Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook presence.

\* Create photos and videos of clothing for promotional content.

\* Publish engaging social media and marketing content.

\* Coordinate content featuring models, influencers and content creators.

\* Research influencer and promotional opportunities.

\* Manage online sales through our e\-commerce website and other platforms.

\* Monitor and process incoming customer orders.

\* Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate delivery arrangements.

\* Keep product listings, images, descriptions and stock information up to date.

\* Establish and manage our Amazon and other online marketplace presence.

\* Develop digital marketing ideas to increase sales and brand awareness.

\* Monitor social media engagement and online sales performance.

\* Research fashion trends and digital opportunities.

Requirements

\* Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, e\-commerce or online sales.

\* Confident creating photos, videos and promotional content.

\* Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

\* Amazon/online marketplace experience is desirable.

\* Experience with influencer marketing is desirable.

\* Creative, proactive and commercially minded.

\* Good communication and organisational skills.

\* Strong computer and internet research skills.
