Direct Sips Ltd is a growing and ambitious company specialising in self build kit SIP buildings, annexes, garden rooms and leisure pods throughout the UK.

UK Leisure Pods supplies the UK’s largest range of Glamping pods and garden annexes.

We are looking for a motivated, creative and driven individual to join our team and help take our marketing, online presence and brand to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow with a fast\-moving business and work directly alongside the Managing Director in a varied and hands\-on role.

The Role

This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for helping manage and grow our online presence, generate enquiries and create engaging marketing content across multiple platforms.

The role will include:

• Managing and updating WordPress websites Adding and managing products and content Creating landing pages and blog content Promoting our websites through SEO\-focused articles and blogs Planning and running social media campaigns Creating content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Producing videos, reels, graphics and promotional imagery Designing brochures, flyers and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe or similar software Assisting with property/building renders and visual marketing material Managing and overseeing targeted email marketing campaigns Researching and suggesting additional marketing opportunities both online and offline Working closely with the Managing Director on new ideas, campaigns and business growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can work independently, bring ideas to the business and take ownership of projects.

Essential Skills \& Experience

Applicants should have experience in most or all of the following:

• WordPress website management Social media marketing Content creation Canva, Adobe or similar design software Video editing and short\-form social media content Email marketing platforms Creating brochures and promotional material Strong written English and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage workload

Desirable Skills

• Experience creating architectural or product renders Basic SEO understanding Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads Photography or videography experience Interest in property, construction or modular buildings
