Job Title: Part\-Time Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Windsor (office\-based)
Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part\-time (days/hours to be agreed)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a part\-time basis, working from our Windsor office. This is a hands\-on role covering everything from video content and social media to email campaigns and website updates, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can manage multiple channels independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for YouTube and TikTok, including growing audience engagement and analysing performance


• Manage day\-to\-day social media accounts (scheduling, posting, community engagement, and reporting)


• Own and grow our LinkedIn presence, including company page management and content strategy


• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, from copywriting to list segmentation and performance tracking


• Contribute to and help shape our wider direct marketing strategy


• Design graphics and visual content for social media, email, and web use


• Update and maintain our website using WordPress (pages, blog posts, basic edits)


• Report on campaign performance across channels and suggest improvements

• Proven experience with YouTube and TikTok marketing (channel growth, content strategy, or paid promotion)


• Solid social media management experience across multiple platforms


• Experience managing a LinkedIn company page or LinkedIn marketing campaigns


• Experience running email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)


• Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)


• Working knowledge of WordPress


• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills


• Self\-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently


• Able to work from our Windsor office

• £24,000 per annum, pro rata
