About the Role

We are seeking a talented, creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening our digital presence and supporting the continued growth of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with digital expertise to make a measurable impact. The successful candidate will create engaging content, support and optimise our websites and digital platforms, and help deliver effective marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and enhance the customer experience.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, they will help drive digital engagement, increase the visibility of our products, services and events, and use data and analytics to continually improve digital performance.

The role also supports information security and Cyber Essentials requirements, helping to ensure our online presence remains innovative, secure, effective and aligned with our strategic goals. Through a combination of creativity, technical capability and continuous improvement, they will play an important role in showcasing our thought leadership, connecting with customers, and helping to grow the impact and reach of Early Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and maintenance of company websites, ensuring content remains accurate, secure and aligned with brand standards

  • Work with the wider team to develop, update and optimise pillar pages, landing pages and website content to improve user experience and search visibility

  • Recommend and implement website enhancements to improve functionality, engagement and conversion rates

  • Carry out regular website audits and maintenance to ensure operational reliability and compliance with best practice

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, digital assets and promotional resources

  • Develop case studies, customer stories and other marketing content to support sales, marketing and brand awareness

  • Assist with the creation and management of carousel content, campaign assets and other multimedia resources

  • Create and edit video content for the website and social media

  • Ensure all digital content maintains a consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual style

  • Support SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic

  • Monitor website, content and campaign performance, providing regular analytics, reports and insights to support decision\-making

  • Coordinate website testing, quality assurance and user experience improvements

  • Maintain and organise a library of digital assets, ensuring content remains current, accessible and easy to locate

  • Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and industry best practice

  • Support the protection of company information, digital assets and systems by promoting good security practices and maintaining secure digital platforms

  • Assist with Cyber Essentials requirements and help ensure ongoing compliance with information security and data protection standards

  • Ensure websites and digital platforms follow information security, accessibility and data protection best practices

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support digital marketing campaigns, website developments and wider organisational objectives

  • Research, evaluate and recommend new digital tools and technologies that improve efficiency, engagement and marketing effectiveness
Skills \& Experience Required

Essential

  • Experience in digital marketing, website management and content creation

  • Strong understanding of website CMS platforms, SEO, user experience and website optimisation

  • Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, including website content, social media content, case studies and promotional resources

  • Ability to monitor, analyse and report on website, campaign and content performance using digital analytics tools

  • Good understanding of information security, data protection and secure website management practices

  • Experience producing video, multimedia and other digital assets

  • Strong written communication, copywriting and content development skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a range of digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams
Desirable
  • Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing platforms

  • Experience supporting Cyber Essentials, information security compliance or digital platform security

  • Experience within the education sector or a B2B marketing environment

Contract Details
  • Contract Type: Full Time

  • Hours: 38\.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8\.30am–5\.00pm

  • Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

  • Contract Term: Permanent

  • Location: Elland, West Yorkshire, with a blend of office\-based and occasional remote working opportunities available
