Evotech are seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our busy commercial building maintenance team, to undertake planned and reactive maintenance at our clients’ premises in Yorkshire and North East.

About the role

This is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the North East and Yorkshire region and will be fully supported by our admin and management teams based at our Elland regional office.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance works, including fault finding, repair and installation of electrical / mechanical services.

· Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

· Ensure that all technical services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and in line with all industry / regulatory requirements.

· Be proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations.

· Ensure all work carried out is done so in accordance with the Companies H\&S requirements.

About you

Having succeeded in a similar role, you’ll have relevant professional qualifications and be proactive, self\-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of the wider team. You will also be able to build and maintain relationships across the organisation and with our customers. You would ideally be located in North East.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Qualification in mechanical maintenance and services (preferred)

· Hold a City and Guilds electrical qualification (or equivalent) – level 2 or above

· 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

· HVAC maintenance experience would be an advantage

· Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi\-task

· Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines

· Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative

· Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.

· Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills (including written)

· Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills

· Full UK driving licence

Renumeration

This is a permanent position, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week between 08\.00 am to 17\.00 pm.

· Starting salary of £45,000\.

· Regular overtime opportunities
