Digital / Email Marketing Specialist

Nail Order is looking for a talented, experienced and data\-driven Email Marketing \& Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

This role will be predominantly focused on email marketing, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in creating, managing and analysing email campaigns. In\-depth knowledge of Klaviyo is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, automation flows and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will also have strong Canva/design skills, with the ability to create visually engaging emails, website assets and social media content that align with our brand.

This is a part\-time or full\-time role based at our office in Paisley, so applicants must be able to reliably commute to our office. Being in the office is important so the successful candidate can fully understand our products, customers, team and brand.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Creating, scheduling and analysing email marketing campaigns


• Building and optimising Klaviyo flows, automations and customer segments


• Designing email graphics and marketing assets using Canva


• Monitoring email performance, including open rates, click\-through rates, conversion rates and revenue


• Using data and analytics to improve marketing performance


• Supporting SEO activity across the website


• Reviewing website performance and customer behaviour through analytics tools


• Supporting social media content planning and performance tracking


• Helping improve customer engagement, retention and online sales


• Working closely with the wider team to understand products, launches, promotions and customer needs

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in email marketing


• Confident using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms


• Creative, with good design skills and strong attention to detail


• Comfortable using Canva


• Analytical and data\-driven


• Able to understand marketing performance and make recommendations


• Interested in SEO, website analytics and social media performance


• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns


• A strong communicator who can work well as part of a team


• Able to work from our Paisley office
