Purpose

Working within a matrix organisation and in a socially responsible manner, the Digital CRM \& Marketing Executive will implement the player retention strategy as part of the overall digital casino, sports and bingo growth plan. They will drive revenue by improving customer loyalty and increasing customer engagement.

Reporting Structure: Head of CRM \- UK B2C Brands.

Key Accountabilities \& Responsibilities

· Implementing player campaigns throughout the player lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value, increasing loyalty and decreasing churn through more effective and personalised CRM.

· Organise monthly/ day\-to\-day activities to create and plan CRM campaigns.

· Execute high targeted campaigns using a channel mix that maximises the customer engagement (email, SMS, push notification, login message, onsite communication and onsite messaging).

· Create campaign/ onsite copy in line with regulatory and brand guidelines, ensuring that voice/ tone meets customer/ promotional needs.

· Develop, test and organise annual plans to support both the sports and casino strategy.

· Initiating constant performance analysis and optimisation processes, including A/B testing and data interrogation across all areas of the business.

· To grow engagement rates and business generated by casino, sports and bingo content.

· Monitor and report campaign results against main business KPI’s (active players, deposits, stakes, GGR, bonus spend, NGR).

· Manage onsite content to ensure that execution is delivered in line with the plan.

· Manage supplier, creative and other internal stakeholders, working closely with different departments to deliver the sports and casino marketing plan.

· Handle escalated customer service queries.

· Working with Product, Acquisition, Compliance to ensure the seamless running of promotions and onsite initiatives.

· Prepared to recognise reoccurring issues and ready to fix them by liaising with the relevant teams.

· Create loyalty scheme, devise and implement the player management strategy.

· Cover all aspects of casino, sports and bingo retention.

· Working closely with colleagues from around the business to create genuinely innovative content for our social media accounts, editing stories, publishing and sharing daily content (text, images, video) that supports wider marketing strategy and builds meaningful connections with our target clientele.

· You will work with the existing social media platforms such as Facebook; as well as seek out emerging platforms that can help us grow our community and brand.

· Co\-creating a social media marketing plan as a key part of the overall Admiral Casino customer marketing plan.

· Working closely together with our in\-house Graphics, Customer Support \& Compliance teams on all content and postings, ensuring content is compliant.

Role Competencies

· Ability to manage relationships throughout with internal and external stakeholder.

· A clear understanding of the current legislative requirements of the Gambling Act, Gambling Commission on technical standards, AGCC and LGA.

· Ability to use customer data to segment and personalise content and offers.

· Confident and professional with the ability to communicate at all levels.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Ability to plan work, work under pressure and then deliver against the plans.

· Knowledge of competitor’s products.

· Deep understanding of player lifecycles and how to maximise retention performance.

· Experience with email marketing tools, CRM automation tools and back\-office systems.

· Experience of Optimove.

· Excellent communicator, as voice of the brand, you must be able to produce excellent copy and enhance brand voice on all social platforms.

· Content creation, understand all aspect of social posts, from images to links, formatting and copy.

· Experience at using social tools, Facebook advertising, tracking and reporting tools.

· A commitment to adhering to the current legislative requirements of the Gambling Act, Gambling Commission on Technical Standards, ASA rules regarding advertising.
