Are you creative, ambitious, and ready to kick\-start your career in marketing? Wingman Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Content Apprentice to join our growing team in Braintree.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining real hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced marketing agency environment, supported by structured training and mentorship every step of the way.

The Role

As part of our expanding team of creative professionals, you'll get stuck into the real work from day one, helping to produce outstanding content for our clients' campaigns across a range of formats and channels. From social media graphics to copywriting, web content to video production, you'll develop a broad and exciting skillset across the full content mix.

Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging visual assets for social media


• Assisting in the design of business documents such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and more


• Helping to optimise website content to improve search performance


• Assisting in the editing and production of video content for clients

About You

You don't need years of experience, just enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn. We're looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for creativity, content, and digital marketing


• Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing quality work


• Has strong written English skills and loves crafting engaging content


• Is familiar with or eager to learn tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, or similar


• Has an interest in or curiosity about video editing and production


• Is curious about SEO, social media, and how great content drives results


• Is proactive, reliable, and ready to grow

Any experience with WordPress, Elementor, or an interest in technology would be a bonus, but absolutely not essential.
