We are currently seeking a talented and highly organised Design Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting design teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high\-quality creative work.

The Role

As a Design Coordinator, you will support the planning, organisation, and execution of design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with designers, clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure deadlines, creative standards, and project objectives are achieved efficiently.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail\-oriented, and confident managing multiple design projects within a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design projects, schedules, and creative workflows

  • Support designers and project teams with administrative and operational tasks

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments professionally

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and design approvals

  • Organise project files, presentations, and design documentation

  • Assist with sourcing materials, assets, and production requirements

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across projects

  • Support creative brainstorming sessions and project planning activities

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates

  • Contribute ideas to improve design processes and team collaboration

Requirements
  • Previous experience in design coordination, creative project support, or a similar role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with design processes and creative workflows

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design collaboration tools

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and deadline\-driven environment
