To support our team, we are looking for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the day\-to\-day running of the warehouse, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time

  • Oversee goods\-in, stock control, and inventory accuracy

  • Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives

  • Lead by example with a hands\-on approach

  • Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members

  • Help manage workloads and ensure efficient use of resources
Process \& Systems
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of SAP within warehouse operations (2027\)

  • Help improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors

  • Assist with the transition and setup of a second warehouse location

  • Ensure accurate data capture and stock integrity within systems
Performance Management
  • Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch times, and stock accuracy

  • Identify areas for improvement and support implementation of solutions

  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to maintain high service levels for both trade and consumer customers
Health \& Safety
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

  • Promote a safe working environment and best practices across the team
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

  • Experience managing or supporting a small team

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience highly desirable)

  • Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills

  • Hands\-on approach with a willingness to be involved in day\-to\-day operations

  • Experience in a pick/pack environment (trade and/or direct\-to\-consumer preferred)
