Role: Deputy Store Manager

Location: Kilkenny Design, Kilkenny City

Contract: Maternity Cover 9 months \- 1 year. 40 hours per week, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager to join the Kilkenny Design team in Kilkenny City. The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.

The ideal person will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

There are 5 key areas in the role:

Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience.

To lead, motivate and empower your team.

To drive sales and KPI'S in the departments

To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.

Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge. The ideal manager can show that they demonstrate a successful record in delivering commercial results, leading, and motivating a team. You will be approachable, professional and a team player and will have the desire, drive, energy and passion to succeed in this role.
