Deputy Manager (Part-time)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and capable Part\-Time Deputy Manager to join our new Care Services team, working closely to support our CQC Registered Manager. We are looking for a well\-connected, driven individual who will play a pivotal role in growing the company. You will be considered a founding member, working directly with the Registered Manager, the owner, and the senior team.

Responsibilities
Working alongside and deputizing for the Registered Manager, your core duties will include:
- Growth \& Resourcing: Assist in liaising with councils and social workers to secure new clients (eligible for revenue share), while helping to recruit and onboard top\-tier staff.
- Team Supervision: Support the leadership of the care team, ensuring all staff members are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver high\-quality care.
- Daily Operations: Help manage the day\-to\-day running of the service, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining accurate performance records.
- Compliance \& Safety: Support the oversight of medication administration and ensure strict compliance with CQC health and safety regulations.
- Care Planning: Collaborate on developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Relationship Management: Foster a culture of dignity and respect by communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Care Background: Proven experience in a senior care, supervisory, or team leader role within a nursing home or home care setting.
- Qualifications: Holding or actively working towards a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or above).
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of CQC health regulations, compliance standards, and medication administration protocols.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to confidently step in for the Registered Manager and manage a diverse team.
- Desirable Extras: Experience in dementia care is highly advantageous, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: £15,000\.00\-£25,000\.00 per year
