We're seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager who can support the day\-to\-day leadership of a high\-performing home, working closely with an experienced and supportive senior management team. You'll play a key role in maintaining outstanding care standards, developing and motivating teams, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of person\-centred care in an environment that truly feels like home.
