Deputy Manager – Children's Residential Home | Funded Level 5 + Progression
Healing, opportunity and a team that has your back
At Trinity Welfare, we believe every young person deserves the chance to heal, grow and find what they love. Aziah Place is our Ofsted\-rated Good therapeutic home in Dagenham. Here, we help young people aged 8–17 rebuild positive relationships, explore new interests and take confident steps forward in their lives.
We do this through PACE, trauma\-informed practice, therapy and a range of tailored interventions, delivered by a team that's genuinely invested in each child. We currently care for a number of young people ranging aged between 8\-17 years old and supported on a 1\-1 or 2\-1 staffing ratio.
We look after our staff too. You'll get strong support from management, regular team days for learning, team\-building and celebrating success, and a home that's a good place to work. It has a large garden, on\-site parking and is close to stations and public transport.
