Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily housekeeping operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management


• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned efficiently, thoroughly, and according to brand standards


• Monitor cleanliness standards through regular inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members


• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Desk and Maintenance to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly


• Support inventory management by tracking supplies and equipment, minimizing waste, and ensuring availability of cleaning materials


• Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high morale


• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to create a safe environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services within the hospitality industry


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team


• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and other departments


• Detail\-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness standards

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
