Deputy General Manager Duties

Operational Management – Assist the General Manager in overseeing day\-to\-day operations,ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.

Team Leadership \& Development – Support in managing and motivating staff,ensuring effective recruitment,training,and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.

Financial Oversight – Assist with budgeting,financial planning,and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.

Customer Relations \& Service Excellence – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer feedback,resolving issues,and implementing service improvements where needed.

Compliance \& Standards – Ensure all company policies,procedures,and legal regulations are adhered to,maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.

Required Skills

Leadership \& Team Management – Strong ability to lead,motivate,and manage a team,ensuring high performance,staff development,and a positive workplace culture.

Financial Acumen – Proficiency in budgeting,financial analysis,and cost control to support business profitability and achieve financial goals.
