Reports To: Client Services Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week (evening and weekend work required)
Job Summary
This position is based at a prestigious five\-star venue in Dublin City and offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a high\-quality cleaning operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction, supporting team performance, and driving continuous improvement across the contract. Strong IT skills are essential, as the role involves reporting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and the effective use of operational systems to support day\-to\-day service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily site operations, ensuring services meet KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, recruitment, and performance management
- Manage budgets across labour, materials, and equipment
- Act as a key contact for clients and teams, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
- Monitor service quality through audits, site visits, and contractor oversight
- Ensure compliance with health \& safety and company policies
- Lead a customer\-focused team and support ongoing development
- Provide regular reports and updates on site performance
- Utilise company systems and technology effectively to support operational delivery, reporting, workforce management, and client communications
- Must be self\-motivated and complete all tasks in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
- Team player, yet highly self\-driven and ambitious
- Communicate all information in an open and courteous manner
- Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality at all times
- A professional and dynamic person that can adapt to change as required
- Strong IT knowledge and confidence using business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of work
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Experience using workforce management, scheduling, or facilities management systems is desirable
