Dentist - Out of Hours Private Emergency
The247dentist are looking for dentists to provide out\-of\-hours private emergency dental care in our location in Stoke\- On\-Trent.
The job entails providing high quality private emergency dental care over weekends, weekday evenings and bank holidays and usually operates on a weekly rota system Monday to Sunday with guaranteed pay for being on call. We are looking for Dentist to do 1 or 2 weeks on\-call per calendar month.
The expected weekly hours would be 10 to 20 depending on your speed of work and earnings are in the region of £1500 \- £3000 per week.
The successful candidate will have a high knowledge base for diagnosing and managing toothaches, lost fillings and crowns, broken or traumatised teeth and be skilled in extractions, accessing \& dressing teeth, restorations and repairs. GDC registered and have at least 1 year post graduate experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income or earn very well through flexible hours.
On call hours are as follows: (Late night after 10pm and early morning call outs are very rare due to the cost of an appointment at this time)
\*Monday 18:30 – 06:00
\*Tuesday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Wednesday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Thursday from 18:30 – 06:00
\*Friday from 18:30 \- 06:00
Saturday from 00:01 to 00:00
Sunday from 00:01 to 00:00
(Monday \- Friday there is some flexibility with evening start time) You won’t allows be based in the practice when on call, you will receive one hours’ notice of a patient being booked to reach the practice.
\*Please note that if you are on call over a bank holiday, the hours will be – 00:01 – 00:00 for that day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, Easter Monday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
