Dental Therapist/Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Therapist/Hygienist to join our dental practice. Duties

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.


• Provide preventive advice and education to patients on oral hygiene practices.


• Assist with dental procedures by preparing the treatment room and sterilising equipment.


• Take and interpret dental radiographs using medical imaging techniques.


• Utilise CAD (Computer\-Aided Design) tools for treatment planning where applicable.


• Monitor patient health by reviewing medical histories and updating records accurately.


• Collaborate with dentists to develop customised treatment plans based on patient needs.


• Maintain a safe, organised, and hygienic clinical environment in compliance with health regulations.

• Proven experience as a Dental Therapist or Hygienist with relevant qualifications recognised in the UK.


• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral health and dental procedures.


• Experience with medical imaging techniques such as radiography is essential.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about oral health.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
