As a Dental Therapist at Cherrybank, you'll have an important role in that journey.

You'll have the time to build genuine relationships with your patients, help them understand their oral health and work collaboratively with our wider clinical team to create personalised care plans.

What can you expect from the role?

We want our therapists to be able to use their skills, develop their knowledge and work to their full scope of practice – with the time, technology and clinical support to do it well.

• 60\-minute appointments for periodontal care, giving you the time to provide truly individualised care.


• The opportunity to deliver enhanced periodontal care, including laser therapy, bacterial and genetic testing.


• Active involvement in treatment planning and bespoke patient care plans – your clinical input is valued.


• The opportunity to work to your full scope as a Dental Therapist, including restorative care.


• Involvement in our digital workflow, using iTero scanners, and Near Infra\-Red Imaging for early caries detection.


• A strong focus on prevention, wellness and the connection between oral and overall health.


• The opportunity to learn, develop and grow within a progressive, independent private practice.


• Excellent remuneration package – up to £35 per hour.

We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for excellent dentistry but, just as importantly, genuinely enjoys caring for people.

You'll enjoy getting to know your patients, educating and motivating them, and helping them understand the difference that great oral health can make.

You'll be comfortable working collaboratively with dentists, therapists, nurses and the wider Cherrybank team – and you'll be someone who enjoys learning, developing and embracing new ideas.

An interest in preventive dentistry, periodontal health, restorative care, digital dentistry and the wider relationship between oral health and wellbeing would make you feel very at home here.

We have flexibility around the position and are happy to discuss full\-time or part\-time hours, as well as employed or self\-employed options.
