Dental Receptionist (Sales-Focused)
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and results\-driven Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service and sales background who enjoys building relationships and helping patients feel confident about their treatment choices.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Welcoming patients and providing a professional first impression
\- Managing appointments, calls, and front desk operations
\- Explaining treatment options and promoting services such as cosmetic dentistry, whitening, and hygiene plans
\- Converting enquiries into booked appointments and treatment uptake
\- Handling patient queries, payments, and finance options
\- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative tasks
\- Supporting the clinical team with smooth patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
\- Previous dental reception experience (preferred)
\- Strong sales or hospitality background
\- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
\- Target\-driven and comfortable discussing treatment costs
\- Highly organised with attention to detail
\- Proficient with computer systems and booking software
\- Friendly, approachable, and professional at all times
