Dental Receptionist
We are a high end private dental clinic, seeking a professional and well\-presented Dental Receptionist.
Days required:
Monday 10\.45am\-8pm
Tuesday 10\.45am\-8pm
Saturday 8\.45am \- 4pm
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS
The ideal candidate must be well presented, reliable, have excellent inter\-personal skills and have a positive and friendly attitude.
The job role involves greeting and checking in patients, dealing with patient queries over the phone, co\-ordinating the appointment calendars and handling patient bookings, as well as working alongside dentists and nurses to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
\- Able to provide excellent standard of customer service
\- Able to help sell treatments to patients through good communication and sales skills.
\-Able to work effectively as part of our team and under supervision from our Practice Manager.
\-Previous experience in a customer facing role and taking phone calls is essential.
\- Be able to multitask and be extremely organised.
\- Must be able to work with targets in all aspects of their role.
\- Be caring and compassionate towards our patients.
\-Help to maintain and build the reputation of the clinic.
We will offer full training for the role.
