Apolline Dental is looking for an inspiring and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our established, fully private practice in Chingford. With over 60 years of trusted care, an outstanding local reputation and a loyal patient base, you'll be joining a practice that's already thriving, supported by a talented team and the wider Envisage Dental group.

Equipped with two iTero scanners and fully digital workflows, we combine exceptional dentistry with a modern patient experience.

Just as importantly, you'll be joining a close\-knit team of experienced clinicians and colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive handover with the current Practice Manager, giving you the time and support to settle into the role with confidence.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the day\-to\-day success of the practice, lead and inspire your team, drive business performance and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, shape how the practice operates and bring your own ideas to life while knowing you’re never expected to do it all alone.

As part of the Envisage Dental Group, you’ll have the best of both worlds: the autonomy to lead your practice your way, backed by experienced specialist teams across Finance, Marketing, HR, Recruitment and Operations. Our central teams provide the expertise, insight and support you need, allowing you to spend more time doing what you do best \- leading your people, developing your team and delivering an outstanding experience for patients.

You’ll also be part of a wider network of experienced Practice Managers across Envisage Dental, giving you the opportunity to share ideas, learn from others and build a strong peer network across the Group.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong dental background, ideally with experience managing larger teams. You’ll be passionate about leading and developing people, building high\-performing teams, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

You'll be a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness, a passion for coaching others and the ability to balance operational excellence with outstanding patient care.
