Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high\-quality services. As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining an organised and efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and ready for use.
- Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment following health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with patients to ensure timely visits.
- Communicate effectively with both patients and team members to foster a positive working environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
- Relevant nursing qualification or certification as a Dental Nurse is essential.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with patients and colleagues.
- A background in IT is beneficial for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
- A genuine passion for patient care with a focus on providing high\-quality service.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: £12\.21\-£14\.00 per hour
