Dental Nurse/Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support clinical activities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and well\-informed about their appointments and procedures


• Assist Clinicians during treatments by preparing instruments, maintaining sterilization standards, and supporting clinical workflows


• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using IT systems


• Handle all reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing patient records securely


• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Proven experience within a dental setting is highly desirable but training is given


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically


• Basic IT proficiency for using dental practice management software and electronic record systems


• Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism

Expected hours: 37\.0 per week
