We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dental practice. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.

  • Assist with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and supporting dental procedures as required.

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling to optimise practice efficiency.

  • Handle patient records accurately using IT systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stock management.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and clinical spaces.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in patient care or nursing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Good IT literacy, including familiarity with practice management software.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Compassionate attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
