Job Overview
We are seeking an Immediate start dedicated and compassionate female GDC registered or Qualified Dental Nurse or on dental course to join our fully private dental practice.
The successful candidate will support dentists during procedures, provide excellent patient care, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering high standards of service. We re fully private clinic very busy environment
Must have second language skills, Italian, Spanish please specify when sending your application and must be within the area of work for easy commute
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.
- Provide pre\- and post\-treatment care instructions to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Support patients with their queries, offering reassurance and clear communication throughout their visit.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and health \& safety regulations at all times.
- Manage administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the clinical area.
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Basic nursing knowledge relevant to dental care procedures.
- Good IT skills for managing electronic health records and appointment systems.
- Organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and reliability. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to patient wellbeing within a supportive dental team environment.
Pay: £13\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
