Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GDC\-registered Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized appropriately


• Provide excellent patient care by offering pre\- and post\-treatment support, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing patient concerns with empathy


• Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations


• Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment, managing clinical waste, and maintaining a clean treatment environment


• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize patient flow and minimize waiting times


• Communicate effectively with patients in fluent English, providing instructions and reassurance throughout their visit


• Organize clinical supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available for daily procedures

Skills

• Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting


• GDC registration as a Dental Nurse is essential, demonstrating compliance with professional standards


• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members


• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Proficiency in IT systems used for record keeping and appointment management


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail


• Fluency in English to ensure clear communication with patients and colleagues

Pay: From £14\.50 per hour
