Service Manager
Join Westgrove as a Service Manager and take the lead in delivering exceptional cleaning and waste services whilst managing and developing a dynamic onsite team.
Summary \& Purpose of the Role
Within this post you will be responsible and accountable for the entire onsite team carrying out Cleaning \& Waste services, ensuring the highest of standards are always adhered to. To deliver a professional comprehensive cleaning service provision. Manage onsite colleagues working collaboratively with the Business Manager and the wider Westgrove Team. Ensure the site quality and compliance are up to date and to have sole responsibility of the service provided to the partner. To work collaboratively with the Supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery across front of house and waste provision.
Key Accountabilities:
- Budget management and control
- Monitor related spending against budget and forecast
- KPI and SLA compliance
- H\&S compliance
- HR process and procedures in line with employment law including Disciplinary \& grievance
- Environmental compliance
- Quality compliance
- Sub\-Contractor management \& compliance
- Partner review meetings, with action plans in place and adhered to
- Manage, lead and direct the on\-site team to excellence in line with Aspire program
- Drive colleague training
- Deliver Annual appraisals
- Manage the Rewards and recognition process
- Drive continuous improvement
- Deliver a consistent level of service
- Foster a culture of inclusion and development
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners
- The job holder will have control of the direct budget across all service lines
- Be responsible for, own and manage the Westgrove on site Credit Card
- Responsibility to recruit, train and engage with Colleagues relating to all HR policies \& procedures
- Develop the service delivery within the agreed budgets
- Demonstrable achievements in managing cleaning teams
- A good understanding of retail environments
- Preferably IOSH Managing Safety
- PC Literate with good technology skills
