Dental implant nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Implant Nurse and surgical experience to join our dental team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care during implant procedures, assist the dental surgeon, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Duties

• Assist the dental surgeon during implant surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and sterile. The role will also involve working with other general dentists


• Provide high\-quality patient care, including pre\- and post\-operative instructions and reassurance


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic protocols


• Ensure the sterilisation and organisation of dental instruments and equipment


• Support patients throughout their visit, addressing questions and ensuring their comfort


• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently


• Utilise IT systems to update patient information and manage clinic administration


• Uphold strict health and safety standards, including infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred


• Basic nursing qualifications or relevant healthcare training recognised within the UK


• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• Proficiency in IT systems utilised within healthcare environments


• Outstanding interpersonal skills to provide compassionate support to patients


• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast\-paced environment
