We are now hiring a charismatic, presentable, and creative Social Media On\-Camera Presenter \& Content Creator to join our London team. You will be the public face of Lansha UK, showcasing premium UK properties, market insights, and lifestyle content across social media. Role Overview

As our on\-camera presenter and content creator, you will deliver engaging short \& long\-video content, lead property showcases, and produce polished social media materials using basic mobile shooting and editing tools. This role is based in central London and offers exceptional exposure to luxury real estate and an international professional platform.

Key Responsibilities

• On\-Camera Hosting: Act as the official presenter for Lansha UK’s social media channels; deliver confident, appealing performances for property tours, market talks, project previews, and brand campaigns.


• Basic Shooting \& Editing: Capture high\-quality footage with iPhone; edit polished short videos using CapCut to highlight properties, lifestyle, and brand value.


• Content Support: Assist in content planning, script coordination, and on\-site shooting for property events and marketing activities.


• Brand Representation: Present a professional and approachable image that aligns with Lansha’s premium brand identity.

• Professional Image: Polished appearance, strong camera presence, natural expressiveness, and charisma.


• Technical Skills: Proficient in iPhone shooting and CapCut editing; able to produce clean, engaging short\-video content.


• Visa Eligibility: Hold a valid UK visa with at least 6 months remaining (we provide skilled work visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).


• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin.


• Experience: 6\+ months of on\-camera hosting, new media, or short\-video creation experience preferred; familiarity with UK real estate or cross\-border lifestyle content is a bonus.


• Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, detail\-oriented, and able to adapt to flexible on\-location shooting schedules.
