Demolition contracts manager

Job Summary
PGC Dismantling Ltd are seeking an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate demolition projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and expertise in construction management, with a focus on demolition operations. The Contracts Manager will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Responsibilities, skills and scope:

• Sourcing and pricing contracts by taking the lead to win work across the UK (must be willing to travel). Ability to form and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers is key.


• Be commercially aware, with sound construction knowledge.


• Managing contracts and ensuring the projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.


• Management of the procurement for all related contracts.


• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards are met.


• Proven experience producing demolition method statements, along with risk assessments.


• Strong knowledge on demolition related legislations, as the successful candidate will need to responsibility of this in its entirety.


• Experience of leading and managing a team, and in depth understanding of working within contractual requirements.


• Proven experience as a team leader with strong communication skills is desirable.
