DCM Transaction Manager VP
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager at VP level to join a dynamic Fixed Income and Structured Solutions team based in London. 5+ years' experience as a qualified Solicitor or strong Paralegal within the debt capital markets arena.

Description
- Take ownership of the end-to-end documentation process across debt capital markets transactions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to trading and origination teams, offering practical guidance on legal and structural considerations
- Lead interaction with internal stakeholders across multiple regions, as well as external counsel, trustees and service providers
- Manage documentation for structured note programmes, including repackaging transactions and issuance through SPV platforms
- Oversee updates and maintenance of issuance programmes where the firm acts as arranger or dealer
- Work closely with operations and settlement teams to facilitate smooth closings and post-trade processes
- Provide additional support on private placements and syndicated debt transactions when required
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5+ years' experience, or equivalent transaction management Paralegal background
- Strong experience within debt capital markets, gained either in-house at a financial institution or within private practice
- Familiarity with documentation for MTN programmes, syndicated issuance, and structured products
- Confident managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Base salary up to £120,000 annual equivalent depending on candidate experience
- Hybrid working in London (3 days per week in office)
