Data Quality / Internal control Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Data Quality Officer to support the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our data, which underpin our financial, risk, and operational decisions. This role is essential to strengthening our internal control environment and ensuring compliance with Group and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities
Data Quality Governance \& Documentation
- Maintain and update documentation related to data quality processes and outcomes for audit, compliance, and internal control purposes.
- Ensure that all processes described in PRIMa are fully up to date, consistently applied, and improved when needed.
- Coordinate with all Risk Owners to ensure that appropriate control evidence is prepared and delivered within the required deadlines.
- Coordinate the annual data quality testing campaigns with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and the Group
- Monitor and track remediation actions, ensuring follow‑up until full resolution.
- Monitor data quality indicators and produce regular reports for management, Group teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and support the facilitation of Data Quality Committees (at least twice per year), including consolidation of materials, actions, and minutes.x
Preferred Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Audit/Finance/Legal or related field) from a Business School/University.\+ Perfect command of English (in written \& in spoken) French or Italian are a strong plus.
- 3\+ years of experience in roles requiring strong precision, control mindset, and adherence to standards (compliance, audit, operational excellence, financial governance).
- Experience or academic background in risk management, audit, finance, insurance, or compliance.
- Familiarity with regulatory or Group‑level reporting processes.
- Previous experience in data management, internal control, audit, or operational excellence roles.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem‑solving approach.
- Rigor and attention to detail (internal controls, audit trails, documentation discipline).
- Ability to understand and design end‑to‑end processes
- Motivation to uphold and promote high standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Curiosity, strong analytical mindset, and problem‑solving abilities (root‑cause analysis).
