Job description
Context
This position supports the Banking Services Operations – CCS management by providing leadership and guidance to the BSO CCS team in management reporting and key strategic initiatives. The role focuses on data management within the investment fund industry, ensuring effective reporting, monitoring, and coordination of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Missions
- Work side\-by\-side with the Banking Services Operations – CCS management.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the BSO CCS team regarding management reporting and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage data management topics, including:
+ Issuance of Data/KPI and coordination of KPI quarterly meetings (invitations, log files, and follow\-up of action plans).
- Act as a contact point for reporting\-related requests.
- Define and prioritize data management objectives.
- Handle ad\-hoc data/reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders such as BSO CCS, Finance, Client Development, and clients.
- Monitor BSO CCS productivity to support operations in identifying areas for improvement.
- Support BSO CCS managers with new KPIs or modifications of existing ones.
- Generate and provide monthly CCS activity reporting, KPI reports, and client\-specific KPI reports.
- Analyze and prioritize information to propose improvements where possible.
- Produce ad\-hoc reports and presentations.
- Ensure monitoring of risk assessments, update procedures, review control plans, and implement and perform controls.
- Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Review all tools used for data management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including the preparation of written Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Tools \& Environment
- Advanced Excel (preferred) and Access skills.
- Proficient in PC applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Familiarity with financial applications such as Bloomberg.
- Knowledge of investment funds industry norms and securities market processes.
Working Conditions
- Position to be fulfilled until internal recruitment is finalized.
- Requires fluency in French and English.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities within the investment fund industry and client relationship management
- In\-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
- Master Excel (preferred) and Access advanced skills
- Good knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and financial applications such as Bloomberg
- Fluent in French and English
