Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems? I am seeking a reliable and adaptable Temporary Data Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team on an ongoing temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and data maintenance
- Handling inbound calls and providing excellent telephone support
- Managing professional email correspondence
- Using internal systems and portals effectively
- Problem-solving and resolving administrative queries
- Data backfilling and record updates
- Supporting additional system-based and administrative requests as required
- Working flexibly to meet changing business needs
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT and systems knowledge
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience using online portals and databases is desirable
8:30am - 6:30pm on a shift rota basis

Immediate start available
Basic DBS check required and will be carried out prior to commencement
