A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Paediatric Critical Care Unit administrative team, within the Leeds Childrens Hospital. Within this supportive team you will work closely with clinicians, the data manager and CSU management.

This exciting role will be part time, consisting of 22\.5 hours over multiple days. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements will be considered and can be discussed at interview.

We have over 20 inpatient wards, employ over 800 nurses and last year held over 170,000 outpatient appointments and treated over 25,000 surgical patients both electively/non\-electively.

What you will bring to the role
-----------------------------------

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting the data for our High Dependency Unit beds (HDU) and submitting this data collection to PICANet. There will be the expectation of times where you will need to visit the ward to collect data and work with a range of colleagues on the department and ward.

They will be responsible for the input of data into the national database and to provide information on patient admissions.

They will also be supporting the consultants with research projects and clinical trials within the unit. Assisting with the administration, data collections and submissions.

They will also assist the Data Manager within the department on further data management.
