My Purchasing Partner Ltd – Wakefield, West Yorkshire

My Purchasing Partner (MPP) are a well\-established team of procurement consultant specialists, collaborating with clients across the healthcare, education, contract catering, hospitality \& leisure sectors. We specialise in helping businesses manage their supply chain, controlling costs whilst maintaining quality and increasing profitability across all areas of their business.

BEP are at the forefront of innovative purchasing solutions backed by data driven insights, and they manage over $25 billion in global purchasing spend for their customers each year.

As a successful and growing business, we are now seeking to appoint a positive and forward\-thinking Data Analyst to join the team on a full\-time basis, supporting the Systems \& Projects Manager and Purchasing Consultants. Key job responsibilities overview

· Data management and preparation of reports

· Working with datasets from a variety of sources

· Managing and collation of data for business reporting utilising Power BI

· Analysis and presentation of various datasets

· Presentation and development of reports providing analysis to key stakeholders

· Client and supplier price reviews and analysis

· Collation and analysis of data for cost comparisons and tender processes

· Admin of Salesforce database and other related systems

Ideal skills and experience required

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Proactive / self\-motivated with initiative and a drive to succeed

· Logical and critical thinking

· Good time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines either independently or collaboratively

· Strong organisational and administrative skills

· Previous experience of working within a small team

· Successful Data Analyst applicants will ideally have previous experience within a similar role

What we can offer you

· Full time, permanent role, based in our Wakefield office, with potential for hybrid working

· Working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day including a 30\-minute unpaid break between 8am and 5pm.

· £29,000 per year salary

· 33 days paid holiday
