Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will own the end\-to\-end data analysis lifecycle to deliver clear insights:
- Data Exploration \& Modeling: Query and clean large datasets from multiple data sources to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Insight Generation: Analyze historical trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and market trends.
- Data Visualization \& Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards that make data accessible for stakeholders.
- Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Data Governance: Assist in maintaining data definitions, documentation, and data quality standards across the organization.
We are seeking an analyst who combines strong technical execution with the ability to communicate findings clearly:
- Database Querying: Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations) is essential.
- Data Visualization Tools: Strong commercial experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Analytical Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) or statistical programming in Python / R for data manipulation.
- Data Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex data points into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for non\-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when working with complex datasets and a commitment to data quality.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt or ETL pipeline concepts.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Data Science.
