We are looking for a Data analyst \& dashboard designer
Context
Within the IT Group Cybersecurity \& Digital Fraud department, you will join the Cybersecurity \& Digital Fraud delivery teams in Portugal, acting as an extension of the central team based in France.
You will contribute to Enterprise Security initiatives, supporting cyber risk management through data\-driven insights.
You will be part of a small, dynamic team focused on delivering end\-to\-end dashboard solutions to enhance decision\-making and risk monitoring.
Main Mission
To design, develop, and maintain data\-driven dashboards for cybersecurity risk management, ensuring data quality, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of data models and visualization solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and identify KPIs for cybersecurity risk dashboards
- Collect, clean, and transform data using ETL processes
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards ensuring data accuracy and availability
- Use Dataiku and PostgreSQL for data processing, analysis, and statistical modeling
- Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns and correlations
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Monitor data quality and continuously improve data models and dashboard usability
- Collaborate with cross\-functional and international teams
- Manage multiple projects with autonomy and strong time management
- 3\+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong Data Visualization exposure
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international and collaborative environments
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau
- Data Processing: Dataiku, PostgreSQL
- ETL tools and data modeling
- Basic Python skills
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and algorithms
- General understanding of cybersecurity data and risk management (plus)
- Experience with machine learning models
- Certifications in Tableau, Dataiku, or similar tools
- Exposure to cybersecurity environments
