Data Analyst
Job Intro/Overview:
Beyond Blue Insight is an independent, global, strategic pharmaceutical market research company. We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working Data Analyst to join our team.
About Beyond Blue:
Beyond Blue partners with pharma companies providing marketing intelligence and consulting services to support pre\-launch and launch initiatives. We conduct qualitative and quantitative market research with HCPs, patients, caregivers, payers, and other key healthcare stakeholders and deliver insights to inform strategic decision making.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
o To work as part of a team, supporting with questionnaire development, data quality checks and conducting basic data analysis of multiple quantitative market research projects simultaneously to deadlines and an excellent standard
o Reviewing the programming instructions of questionnaires to ensure clarity and efficiency in data capture
o Programming surveys accurately or supporting with the programming if provided by an external provider
o Monitoring data collection during fieldwork to ensure data quality and adherence to quotas, sending regular updates to the project team
o Checking table specification requirements for clarity and accuracy of requested tables
o Running data tables, in line with the table specifications, seeking guidance and/or quality checks from a senior colleague for more complex tasks, such as data weighting and significance testing
o Developing excel\-based dashboards if required, seeking guidance and/or quality checks from a senior colleague as required
o Acting as a liaison between the project team and external providers to ensure that accurate and appropriate guidance / information is flowing in both direction
o Actively seek exposure to more complex methods (such as conjoint, MaxDiff, segmentation analysis and statistical modelling) to start building understanding of these approaches
o Working as part of a team to look at advancements in methodologies and improving process
Qualifications
A degree with a strong emphasis on the analysis of numerical data is required. Recent graduates with a degree in Maths, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Medical Statistics, Social Statistics, Public Health, and Epidemiology are encouraged to apply. A minimum 2:1 degree or above is required.

Recruitment process:
1st stage: Informal discussion to check mutual fit
2nd stage: Formal interview with completion of a pre\-task. Followed by an informal discussion to meet some of the team members for the candidate to run a Q\&A and get a feel for the company \& culture
