🎯 TASKS

• Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy


• Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team.


• Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports.


• Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team.


• Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines


• Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.).


• Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base.


• Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations.


• Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs.


• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement


• Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders.


• Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights.


• Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations.

• Data-driven, you are strong with numbers and have good Excel skills
