Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Temporary week on week for around three months
Our client is looking for a data administrator to join their team based in Sidcup. The purpose of the role is to accurately transfer data including contact details, site specific information and service agreements from one system to another.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Keep asset records accurate, and keep site, customer and service-level records structured and usable across the system and supporting records.
- Maintain service-level information, including dates, values, minutes, rates, contract links and related notes.
- Identify missing, duplicated or unclear records and correct them where appropriate, or escalate where a decision is needed.
- Make sure asset and service-level information supports operational reporting, customer queries and internal decision making.
- Provide practical system support to the team where questions relate to asset data, contract data, service-level data or operational reporting.
- Maintain useful operational reports, spreadsheets, extracts and checks so that the business can see reliable information clearly.
- Highlight repeated data issues that may need a process change, clearer ownership or further staff training.
